Nomad – Lets Get To Work

As i am now part of the team in developing Nomad it is time to get to work. After waiting a week or two since my last post the project leader has rethought how the map is going to go , he has wrote a giant list of assets that are needed to be created in order to make Nomad have a better world to enjoy when exploring.

I have also introduced another member of the class to the game and to the Dev , after a bit of talking he is also now on board as a modeler for Nomad . Between the 2 of us we have a organised spreadsheet with all the current assets needed for the game. We have the sheet organised into :

Work Level / Tier > Model Name > Modeler Name > Date Assigned To Self > State Of Completion > Screenshot > Uploaded Both .Max File And .FBX To Drive ? > Any Notes > Checked By Dev If They Are Suitable

As you can see there is allot of steps to it however within doing this it enables us to get a nice constant flowing process of work.

We started working on the list of models yesterday , here are some of them i have done , some the screenshots have the character in just for scaling. These screenshots are straight from the spreadsheet  and were all done throughout the 4th Feb:
